The White Post Animal Farm provides year round fun for the whole family. Our family friendly attraction has been voted #1 among things to do with the kids by New York Magazine as well as being voted "Best of Long Island for Children's Parties" for the past three years in a row.

Our animal farm features many animals of all different species from around the world! Children can visit with our new attractions including our American Buffalo, Tibetan Yak and Oryx Antelope, as well as your everyday favorites our goats, lambs, pigs, deer and alpacas. In the last few years we have traveled far and wide to bring you many exotic animals such as our family of Ring-Tailed Lemurs from the forests of Southern Madagascar, Ostriches from Africa, Grevy Zebras from Kenya, Nilgai antelopes from India, Aoudads from Northern Africa and our Exotic Cattle.

Along with our large family of animals our farm provides a playground of fun for families and friends to get together for an entire fun filled day! As you explore the grounds of White Post Farm's Animal Farm you will discover a world where your imagination will come alive. Meander through the field to come upon our children's wooden village, our beach at the farm sand box and our giant pirate ship playground. And don't forget to visit our ponies Cisco or Dusty at the Pony Ride Corral.

Take a turn and journey over to Central Park where you will find our Japanese Koi Pond featuring Popeye the Swan who has called White Post Farms his home since 1992. The park also features our famous Farmland Express Train Ride, The Animatronic Singing Chicken Show, The Pond View Café where you can grab a fresh lunch and our new outdoor "Party Pavilion" for children's birthday parties. 	Don't miss our all new "Animal Band Jamboree" show located by the train and  Koi Pond! Showtime is every 15 minutes on the quarter hour.

"The Mining Village" A fun and educational activity that the whole family can enjoy! Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays	The White Post Farms Mining Adventure is a unique and fun experience for all! Each person will receive a bag of mining rough which you then use our giant sluice to uncover hidden treasures! Hidden in the mixture are either arrowheads, gemstones or fossils depending on which package you purchase. This new attraction is now open for our General Animal Farm guests, as a new field trip for qualified schools and groups, and as an add-on option for our Pony Parties. 3 lb. Gemstones or Arrowhead Activity 5 lb.
