Post Farms of Melville provides many fun and educational trips to
qualified groups year round!
All of our field trips
feature admission to the Famous White Post Farms Animal Farm and feed
for the animals. We offer five different trips throughout the year.
Whether indoor or outdoor each field trip offers it's own special
activity from educational planting seminars to pony rides, to kids
crafts.

White Post Animal Farm is where kids can see and feed our many animals that
live here year round including our endangered ringtail lemurs,
Australian red kangaroos, camels and many other furry friends. Children
will be given food to hand feed our goats, sheep, cows, llamas,
alpacas, deer and more! Animal information signs are posted throughout the animal
farm to make this a fun, learning experience.
Don't forget to bring your lunch and a blanket so you can enjoy a picnic
on our lawn in a beautiful park-like setting. The children may also play on
our many wooden structures on our playground! |

Please note due to the limited facilities of our educational area:
all groups must
start at their scheduled trip time. Please plan on arriving 15 minutes
prior to scheduled time. Also please note that groups or classes may be
combined during the greenhouse portion of the trip. |
